• sin A / a = sin B / b = sin C / c

a, b, c are the sides opposite to angles A, B and C respectively

Applied to the given triangle we have one side given, the opposite angle to be found.

• sin 28 / x = sin (180 - 28 - 126) / 8.2
• sin 28 / x = sin 26 / 8.2
• x = 8.2 sin 28 / sin 26
• x = 8.8 (rounded)
