Answer:

Hi

Generally ammeter is connected in series to measure current since it has low resistance and drop in voltage would be meagre and voltmeter is connected in parallel as it has high resistance so would take less current.

Typical resistance of ammeter is around 0.5 ohm.

But when we connect as shown in figure , 10 ohm and 0.5 ohm are in parallel which leads to 40 amp current in ammeter and 2 amp in 10 ohm resistor so ammeter will indicate 40 amp even though current through the 10 ohm resistance is 2 amp.

so it will indicate incorrect current.

Be careful during your experiments as 40 amp is No small current the whole wire will burn in an instant

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

E1=E2=E3=1.5v

I1= 2A

I2= o.5A

Current strength in common circuit

I1= 2V

The lamps are connected in parallel

I1= I2+ I3

Ammeter 3 reads

I1-I2= 13

2A-o.5A=1.5A
