your answer is: $14.38

Explanation:

1. first, to get an extra 15% on 13.30, multiply it by 1.15, getting 15.295.

2. then apply the 4.5 percent on that, getting 15.983275

3. taking ten percent off gets you 14.3849475

4. since this is money, it rounds out to $14.38.
