The x intercept will have a y value of 0. Substitute 0 for y and solve for x

-7x+5(0)=-140
-7x = -140
x = 20
x-intercept is (20,0)

The y-intercept is where x=0
-7(0) +5y = -140
5y= -140
y = -28

The y-intercept will be (0, -28)
