Perimeter is 2w+2L

So. 2w + 2L = 199

L = 4w-3

2w +2(4w-3) = 199
2w + 8w - 6 = 199
10w = 205
w = 20.5

L = 4(20.5)-3
L = 82-3 = 79

Width 20.5 and length is 79

Check: 2(20.5) + 2(79) = 41 + 158 = 199
