You can apply a cool compress to your neck such as a plastic bag filled with ice. Once you cool it down I recommend you use a moisturizer on that area. I also think it is crucial to avoid popping any blisters. If a blister is popped, your are prone to infections in that area. Use a bandage that won’t apply to much pressure to the area. Don’t use cotton when bandaging because the cotton fibers will cling to the blistered area. To numb any pain or irritation I recommend you use over the counter medication such as Tylenol or Ibuprofen (you can find these at any drug store such Walgreens and CVS). Once it has healed I strongly recommend that you continue to use a sunscreen or moisturizer on the area.
