The y-intercept is where the line crosses the y axis and this line crosses at the 2 so the y-intercept is 2

The slope is going to be negative as the line goes down as you go from left to right. If you go from the y-intercept of (0,2) to the point (1, -1). You will go down 3 and to the right 1 so the slope will be -3/1 for -3

The answer y-intercept = 2 and slope = -3 is correct
