answer: (y+10) = 9(x-2)
explanation:
find the slope by using change in y over change in x!
((-10)-8)/(2-4) = (-18/-2) = 9
point slope uses the format (y-y1) = m(x-x1)
since we’re using the first point…
(y+10) = 9(x-2)
