Given :
Segment WX ≅ Segment VZ
Segment WY ≅ Segment VY
Segment YZ ≅ Segment YX
To prove :
∆VWX ≅WVZ
Proof :
In ∆VWX & ∆WVZ,
WX = VZ ........ (given)
WZ = VX ........(WY=VY,YZ=YX,WY +YZ=VY + YZ)
∠VWX = ∠XVZ ......(angles formed on the same base between two parallel lines are equal)
∴ ∆VWX ≅WVZ by side-angle-side criterion
Hence, proved ✓
