We can use proportions to solve this problem. Let's call the height of the cell tower "h". Then we can set up the following proportion:

(tree height) / (tree shadow length) = (cell tower height) / (cell tower shadow length)

Plugging in the values we know, we get:

25 / 10 = h / 30

Simplifying the left side, we get:

2.5 = h / 30

Multiplying both sides by 30, we get:

h = 75

So the cell tower is 75 feet tall.
