(5√x^7)^3 can be simplified as follows:
(5√x^7)^3 = 5^3 * (√x^7)^3 = 125 * x^(7/2 * 3) = 125x^(21/2)
Therefore, (5√x^7)^3 can be expressed with a rational exponent as 125x^(21/2).
