Answer: 5h + 10x -6

Explanation:

if we plug f(x) into the equation we get:

([5(x+h)^2 - 6(x+h) + 4] - [5x^2 - 6x + 4])/(h)

now from here we can simplify:

(5x^2 + 5h^2 + 10xh - 6x - 6h + 4 - 5x^2 + 6x - 4)/(h)

now add liked terms

(5h^2 + 10xh - 6h)/(h)

cancel what we can:

5h + 10x - 6
