(-4,-9)

Explanation:

vertex form: y=a(x-h)^2+k

hk=vertex of x and y

inside parentheses=horizontal (opposite signs)

that’s why it’s -4 instead of 4 for h (x) while -9 stays the same since it’s not inside the parentheses
