Explanation:

To find the points of f where we have a derivative of 0, take the derivative

(df)/(dx) = 3 {x}^(2) - 16x

Set it equal to 0.

3 {x}^(2) - 16x = 0

x(3x - 16) = 0

x = 0

x = (16)/(3)

So our answer is (0,16/3)
