C) is not true - because Coriolis effect requires the frame of reference in which an object has velocity V to be rotating with angular speed ω.

Example: A moving object on earth experiences Coriolis force because of rotation of the earth

Normally Newton's Laws apply to fixed frames of reference - no acceleration of the frame in which the laws are applied - a rotating frame is not a fixed frame of reference
