This is the type of question you'd apply yourself to. I'd suggest saying things that deal with your capability to grow, I.e.:

strengths: a passion to collaborate, willingness to learn, etc

for weaknesses, try not to be too upfront with anything glaring. try more like "Poor at taking personal time, somewhat forceful, etc."

^ all things you could reasonably adjust and account for

for your strengths just be honest, hardworking, focused etc!! and for your weaknesses use things that they can use as a strength as well but make it a weakness for an example you are a perfectionist. and when u say these give an example of how you're a perfectionist
