Answer: The nurse will tell the patient to take an appointment to the specialist doctor.

Explanation:

The nurse has only duty to link the patient with the doctor and help in further assistance required by both doctor and patient. It is the duty of the doctor to check and test the conditions and problems of the patient and do some tests and then if required further suggest either the updated medication or continue on current medication with increased or decreased dosage per day. A doctor may also suggest the proper way and time in a day to take the medicines and if the patient requires further tests examinations to confirm on the current situation.
