both father & son went against the laws that were unjust to them

but then

icarus even went against the laws that wouldve helped him SUCCEED

laws are meant to protect

there is a difference

he fell . he fell because he rebelled . he was impatient . he didnt listen to his father . he was too proud . he rose too high . tragic fall from grace

he fell or plunged into the sea

laws to uphold him were : dont go too high & the wax that held his wings together wont melt

deeper meaning : dont be too arrogant & impatient & rebellious

icarus' dad wasnt trying to hold him back . his dad loved him . he was only trying to help . but there are laws &

if followed icarus would have probably made it
