Step-by-step explanation:
Dear Diary,
On my flight to Chicago, the airline attendant came on over the intercom and announced that there was a mishap with the luggage, and all the luggage had gone onto the wrong flight. The flight that my luggage was currently on was scheduled to fly all the way to somewhere in Oregon. I didn't bother getting the city name, as I knew my luggage was going to get lost easily. I could hear all the angry passengers murmuring on how they would get their luggage back. There was nothing we could do as we were almost in Chicago already.
Once we got off our flight and landed safely in Chicago, I headed to the airline guest services immediately, with my fellow passengers trailing behind me. There was a long line already, so I waited a while before it was my turn. When I got to the desk, an older lady looked at me and said, "If you got off the Texas flight with missing luggage, then your luggage will be arriving to your hotel here in 2 days. NEXT!" She gave me a little hand gesture, signaling the next person. I was only planning on staying here 2 days anyway, because my sister's wedding is tomorrow. My dress was in my luggage! I didn't know what to do, so I called my sister to see if she had spare dresses.
Hope this helps! :)
