Step-by-step explanation:

The future tense in Spanish is used to talk about events or actions that will happen in the future.

Examples:

Voy a comer - I am going to eat

Vamos a viajar - We are going to travel

With the infinitive with an added ending

This is known as the morphological future tense. It simply involves adding these endings to the infinitive:

-é for -ar verbs (comer → comeré - I will eat)

-ás for -er and -ir verbs (vivir → vivirás - you will live)

-á for -er and -ir verbs (pedir → pedirá - he/she will ask)

-emos for -ar verbs (hablar → hablaremos - we will speak)

And so on.

Examples:

Trabajaré - I will work

Vivirás - You will live

Pedirán - They will ask

Both of these methods are used to express actions or events that will happen in the future. The ir a + infinitive form is simpler and more common in spoken Spanish, while the morphological future tense is more formal and common in writing.
