What's the value of x^2 - 3x + 1 when x= -2 and y = 4

(-2)^2-(-6)+1
=-2x-2=4
=4-(-6)+1
=4+6+1
=11

This is as per my understanding, I am Schooling Student

The expression x^2 - 3x + 1 can be evaluated by substituting -2 for x:

(-2)^2 - 3(-2) + 1 = 4 + 6 + 1 = 11

However, there is no value of y in the expression, so it cannot be evaluated with y = 4.
