I need help asap plz! This is due today.

"If you want addition to be done before multiplication, what do you need to add to the problem?"

Answer:

You need to add Parentheses..

As you know PEMDAS states that multiplication will always go first when compared to addition unless you put Parentheses which overrules Multiplication

Explanation:

2*6+4

you do multiplication first and get the answer 16 after addition

But if you do this: 2*(6+4) you do the addition before the multiplication because of the Parentheses and get 20. One small change can make the answer a whole lot more different
