THE FOLLOWING MEASURES ARE TRUE FOR THE QUILT:

1. a = 60°

3. The perimeter of the rhombus is 16 inches.

5. The length of the longer diagonal is approximately 7 inches

One by one we will check all the options:

As we can see that:

a+30°=90°

a = 90-30

1) a= 60° which is true

Taking the triangle with the perpendicular x, and using pythagoras theorem, we get:

=16-4 = 12

x= =3.46 ≠3

So option 2, is not true.
