(5y - x)(5y + x)

Explanation:

25y² - x² is a difference of squares and factors in general as

a² - b² = (a - b)(a + b)

then

25y² - x²

= (5y)² - x² ( with a = 5y , b = x )

= (5y - x)(5y + x) ← in factored form
