Answer: the answer should be -3 ( if the graph looks like an upside down U)

Explanation:

y= a (x-h)^2 +k vertex is (h,k) or (4,-3) here and y=-6 , x=5

-6=a(5-4)^2 +(-3)

-6= a(1)^2 -3

-6= a(1)-3

-6+3=a

-3=a
