A group of friends wants to go to the amusement park. They have no more than $280

to spend on parking and admission. Parking is $20, and tickets cost $40 per person,
including tax. Write and solve an inequality which can be used to determine a, the
number of people who can go to the amusement park.

\boxed{20+40a \leq 280}\\\\1+2a \leq 14\\\\2a \leq 13\\\\a\leq (13)/(2)

However, since there must be a whole number of people, this rounds down to
\boxed{a \leq 6}
