A person in the Caribbean can become a citizen of another island by descent, naturalization, or birth except by immigration.

Through naturalization or marriage, even a person who is a citizen of another country can obtain a passport from a Caribbean island nation. Caribbean island countries such as Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda, and Saint Kitts and Nevis have simplified their procedures for issuing passports. Some of these islands even allow dual citizenship.

Caribbean islands are attractive due to the investment opportunities and efficient taxation. It provides visa-free travel to about 130 countries.
