Pythagorean Theorem is a^2 + b^2 = c^2. Since you are given the values, you can plug it in to prove that it is a right angle. Remember c = hypotenuse (the side across the right angle). So 3^2 + 4^2 = 5^2, which is 9 + 16= 25, which is true.

Answer:

see below

Explanation:

If a triangle is a right triangle ( that is, has a right angle), the three sides must obey the Pythagorean theorem

a^2 + b^2 = c^2 where a and b are the legs and c is the hypotense

3^2 + 4^2 = 5^2

9+16 = 25

25=25
