Answer:

(x-2)∧2 + (y+6)∧2 = 81

Explanation:

This is the equation of a circle whose center is shifted from the origin

The x coordinate of the center is 2 so we put in (x-6)

The y coordinate of the center is -6 so we put in (y+6)

and the standard form of the equation of a circle

(x-a)∧2 + (y-b)∧2 = r∧2

the radius of the circle is 9.

So the equation of the circle if

(x-2)∧2 + (y-2)∧2 = 81
