Answer:

P = ρ g H

P at 1 meter for water = 1000 Pascals

At 5 meters P = 5000 Pascals

g = P / (ρ * H) = 49000 / (1000 * 5) = 9.8 m/s^2

(We know that 1 cm^3 water weighs 1 gm)

Therefor the density of water is 1 gm / cm^3 = .001 kg / .000001 m^3)

or 1000 kg/m^3 and the pressure due to 1 m of water is 1000 Pascals)
