The steps to solving these differential equations are:

1) x^6 - 2x^5 + x^4/2x^2 = (x^4)(x^2) - 2(x^5) + x^4/(2(x^2)) = x^4 (x^2 - 2x + 1/2)

2) Sec^3x + e^xsecx + 1/sec x = Sec^3x + e^x*cscx + cscx

3) cot^2 x = 1/tan^2 x

4) x^2 - 2x^3 + 7/ cube root x = x^2 - 2x^3 + 7 *x

5) y = x^(1/2) - x^2 +2x is the derivative of the function (factored form)
