A p.d. of 61.5 V is applied to a 103.4 kΩ resistor.

Calculate the current if the supply voltage is doubled while the
circuit resistance is trebled, what is the new current in the
circuit? Give your a

Answer:

I = V/ R basic Ohm's Law

If I1 = V1 / R1 and I2 = 2 V1 / (3 R1)

I2 / I1 = 2 V1 * R1 / ( V1 * 3 R1) = 2/3

I2 = 2/3 I1
