Answer: x = -2, -10
Explanation:
Use the quadratic formula for this one.
Where a = 1, b = 12, c = 20
H= (-12+-sr.(12^2 - 4 x 1 x 20)) / 2 x 1
Then simplify:
= (-12+-8)/2
= (-12+8)/2 & (-12-8)/2
= (-2) & (-10)
