Answer:

slope of original line; m = -3/-4

=3/4

slope of parallel line = 3/4

slope of perpendicular line = m1*m2=-1

=(3/4)*m2=-1

=-4/3

equation passes through point (4,-3) is : 3x + 4y = -12
