Explanation:

We will split this into two different equations 2(2t+3) and 6(4t-4)

To expand the first part we must multiple each number in the parentheses by the outside number which is 2* 2t= 4t and 2*3= 6

We must do the same process for the second part which has a negative comes to be 6*4t = -24t and 6*-4= -24

Now that we have it fully expanded we must now add like terms:

4t - (-24t) =24t

6-(-24) = 30

Combined the new equation is 24t+30
