You need to rewrite five sentences to make them shorter and more concise.

Tips for better writing:
Here are the four sentences that you need to improve upon. You do not have to use the words and phrases in these sentences as long as you capture the bigger message.
Do not start a sentence with "there is" or an undefined "it" ("it is clear that..." etc.).
Avoid second person (you) and unnecessary passive voice. If the doer of the action is known, make the doer of the action the subject.
Avoid throat-clearing ("it is important to add that..."), legalisms ("null and void"), and wordy phrases ("when it comes to," "the fact that"). Also: unbury verbs (say "violate" not "in violation of")
Use the simplest verb form possible. Avoid unnecessary helping verbs.
Avoid the word "being" since it often signifies a passive voice gerund or participle.
Be cautious of run-ons and sentence fragments.
WATCH PRONOUNS! Make sure pronouns are clear and that the number and gender agree.
4. The way the Blue Lives Matter bill is written shows that there are many ways that this bill could be misconstrued. Even though the Blue Lives Matter bill is to protect police officers and help society respect police officers, this type of law will send the wrong message to minorities regarding that police officers will have more protection compared to the citizens. Being non-compliant with this bill could be looked at as a hate crime if the situation escalates. Hate crime is a different crime due to the fact that its reasoning is traced back to the civil rights movement.
5. "An educated populace allows for a good standard of living. The issue is not every part of the world receives the same amount of education. Many times it is not because individuals lack the will to obtain an education, but they lack the means necessary to access one. If human rights all across the globe allow or enforce higher standards of education, then nations will rise in their standard of living."
7. "There is currently an epidemic that is killing thousands of women in the Middle Eastern countries. A form of extreme violence known as honor based violence. There is no trial, no evidence needed, and no opportunity for the victim to defend themselves. Of those crimes that are reported, an even smaller number are actually convicted."

4. The Blue Lives Matter bill could be misconstrued. This law may send a negative message to minorities and cause them to think that police officers will have more protection than citizens. Being non-compliant could be a hate crime if the situation escalates. This is different from a regular crime because its reasoning is traced back to the civil rights movement.
5. Accessing education is essential for a good standard of living. However, some people lack the means to access education. If human rights all across the globe allow or enforce higher standards of education, nations will rise in their standard of living.
7. An epidemic is killing thousands of women in the Middle Eastern countries through honor based violence. No trial, no evidence, and no opportunity for the victim to defend themselves are given. Even fewer cases are convicted. The original sentences were lengthy. By eliminating unnecessary details and using simple language, I was able to make the above sentences shorter and more concise.
