The nutrition fact label or the nutrition information panel is a label that is present on most packaged foods. These labels are usually based on the official nutritional rating systems. It contains serving information, total calories, nutrients and the percentage daily value.

Calories per gram of protein are 4

On the label, the product has 24 g of protein

So, the total calories from 24 g protein will be = 4 * 24 = 96 calories.

To calculate the percentage of calories from protein:
(calories from protein)/(Total calories) * 100 = (96)/(100) * 100 = 30.96%
