The logarithmic equation $\ln(x) = 2$ can be rewritten in exponential form as:
$e^2 = x$
To solve for $x$, we can simply evaluate $e^2$ and get:
$x = e^2 \approx 7.389$
Note that we cannot solve for $a$ as there is no $a$ in the equation.
