Explanation:

in such a case we first take the inner function (h(x)) and put it as "x" in the outer function (g(x)).

so,

g(h(x)) = sqrt(3×(3x + 5) - 4) = sqrt(9x + 15 - 4) =

= sqrt(9x + 11)
