One the angles in an isosceles triangle is 74. What could the other two angles be

Hello!

So the 2 angles of the base are equal, so:

  • If 74° = the angle of the vertex of the triangle:

(180 - 74)/2 = 53° one of the 2 angles

74°

/\
/ \
/ \
/ \

53° 53°

  • If 74° one of the two angles of the base:

180 - 74*2 = 32°

32°

/\
/ \
/ \
/ \

74° 74°

So the others angles can be:

- 74° and 53°

- 74° and 32°
