Trevor is broke and works at a local restaurant

Trevor breaks the rules and steals one toilet paper and a few sauces for his dinner and hides it in his bag

The manager notices and says that this is a form of theft, if it’s toilet paper it could be earrings, etc… which Trevor would never take

The manager said that theft is an immediate termination, but then says that she is going to write Trevor up, and then says that this isn’t something worth losing his job over, if he needed toilet paper, he should have just asked the manager

Trevor apologizes and says he should have asked her

Define what getting “written up” means

If this is Trevor’s first offense at work in the matter of three years working there, does his new offense make others look down on him?

Answer:

Explanation: Written up means the employee did something that they were not suppose to do and it needs to be recorded. A write-up is done by a manager.
