Every 4 days, William has to take medication for his back. Every 6 days, he has to take medication for his asthma. On what day will William take both medications?

So this Wiliam fellow sure has issues. But if you think about it 4 and 6 make 24! So here we go! 4 days back medicine, 6 days asthma, 8 days back medicine, 12 days asthma, 12 days back medicine, 18 days asthma, 16 days back, now from here it was 4, 6 : 8, 12 : 12: 18 and now we have the final week which is 24 back and 24 asthma so they match up.
