Answer:
3x^4yz^3

I'm hoping this is your equation:
(9x^(8)y^(2)z^(6))^(1/2)

and not:
(9x^{8y^{2z^(z^6)}})

Explanation:

The square root of a number can be shown as a 1/2 power

We'll use the exponent rule:

=
9^(1/2)(x^8 )^(1/2)(y^2)^(1/2)(z^6){1/2}

Then we'll do each term individually

the square root of 9 is 3

for
(x^8)^(1/2) the exponents multiply which give us
x^4

(y^2)^(1/2) gives us y

(z^6)^(1/2) gives us z^3

After doing all this we get
3x^4yz^3
