Did you think president Reagan should get all the credit for the end of the Cold War? Or was the Soviet Union near the end anyways?

It's a complex issue and there is no one answer. President Reagan's policies and actions certainly played a role in the end of the Cold War, but it's also true that the Soviet Union was facing a number of internal and external pressures that contributed to its eventual collapse.
