Nkrumah would need to overcome the challenge of geographic distance and the diversity of cultures in Africa in order to realize his goal for Africa. Additionally, he would need to address the issue of limited resources in some areas of Africa.

The obstacles he would face includes:

Nkrumah's vision of African unity faced challenges due to Africa's vast size and distances between regions, hindering communication, transportation, and coordination. Natural barriers like rainforests, deserts, and mountains impeded movement and integration. Major rivers and water bodies posed both opportunities and obstacles for connectivity and cooperation. Linguistic and cultural diversity required overcoming barriers for effective communication. Colonial-era political boundaries complicated the realization of a unified Africa. Insufficient infrastructure, particularly in rural areas, hindered connectivity and economic integration. Addressing significant economic disparities was a considerable challenge for Nkrumah's vision.
