Using Pythagoras Theorem (since the triangle is a right angled triangle)

( {hyp}^(2)) = ( {base}^(2) ) + ( {per}^(2) )

( {hyp}^(2) ) = ( {3}^(2) ) + ( {6}^(2))

( {hyp}^(2) ) = 9 + 36

{hyp}^(2) = 45

Taking under root on both sides

hyp = 6.7

Hence the missing side is 671

We can use the pythagorus theorum which says

The square of hypotenuse is equal to the square of perpendicular added to sq of base

Explanation:

Use h2=p2+b2
