Answer:

Humoral immunity pretty much entirely revolves around B-cells; thus it produces antigen-specific antibodies to destroy harmful particles. Cell-mediated immunity revolves around T-cells, so it does not produce antigen-specific antibodies (or any antibodies at all). Instead, it uses cytokines to lyse infected cells. Additionally T-cells only kill infected cells, not pathogens while B-cells target pathogens (another difference between cell mediated and humoral responses)
