It would be B because because their is two separate parentheses. One is 2 x 3 and the other is 2 x 9 and they are being added together

Because a product in math means an answer that involves multiplication.

D would of been wrong since the statement mentioned the sum, and it also makes no sense.

A would have been also wrong because there's no equals sign and it's an expression, so there's no total

C would be wrong too, because it says 2 and 3 and 9. By my logic on this part of the question, it would look like this: 2×3×9.

So that leaves answer B.
