The sum of the opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral is
180^(\circ).

Therefore


3x^(\circ)+63^(\circ)=180^(\circ)\\3x^(\circ)=117^(\circ)\\x^(\circ)=39^(\circ)\\\\(4y-1)^(\circ)+65^(\circ)=180^(\circ)\\4y^(\circ)=116^(\circ)\\y^(\circ)=29^(\circ)
