Answer: b) The CUUX project has not achieved all its goals. Although the cure rate has improved from 40% in Q1 2021 to 85% in Q4 2022, the number of cases has not reduced to 11,000 or less. Additionally, the percentage of patients who died has not decreased significantly, and the percentage of patients who were lost increased in Q3 2021, Q1 2022, and Q2 2022.

c) The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends a death rate of less than 5% for health projects. The CUUX project has not met this recommendation, as the death rate has been consistently higher than 5% throughout the project.
